The Premium Stop Redevelopment Area is a redevelopment opportunity that originally  included twelve parcels. Only five parcels remain totaling 5.78 acres. The two end lots are vacant and owned by the same investor. The three single-family lots are currently individually owned and all three homes are occupied.  About 26,000 cars travel Mounds View Boulevard each day (Source:  MnDOT, 2016).
