Due to small attendance at Town Hall meetings, City Council has eliminated this event in 2023. Nominations for Citizen of the Year are still being accepted through the nomination form which is available via the online Mounds View Citizenship Award form.

The Parks and Recreation Department sends an annual survey to Recreation participants in order to nominate a Coach of the Year. Winners for both Citizen and Coach of the year will be acknowledged during a Council meeting. (See future Council Agenda).
